"Cute stuff, but I’m still curious"
I’ve found a lot of clothes I actually like here, and the prices are reasonable too. I still wish they shared more about who’s making the clothes and how much recycled fabric they’re really using. Also, the shipping bags feel like a bit much — I remember one order came in this super crinkly bag that my cat immediately tried to sit on for 20 minutes. Overall, I like shopping here, but I’d feel better with a little more transparency.

"Honestly a Good Fashion Nova Order"
I ordered a few jeans and tops from Fashion Nova, and I was pleasantly surprised. For the price, the quality felt really solid, especially the jeans. They fit nicely and didn’t have that thin, cheap feeling some affordable clothes can have. One of the tops had a tiny loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. After washing everything, it all still looked good, which made me feel like I actually got my money’s worth. Sometimes it’s nice when an order just works out and reminds you that you don’t always have to spend a ton to feel good in what you’re wearing.

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
My order came so fast lol. I wasn’t even really checking the tracking yet because I figured it would take a few days, and I was just making coffee when it showed up at my door. Nice surprise

"Good experience both times"
I’ve ordered twice now, and both packages showed up on time. I was in a good mood when the tracking kept updating normally, which was nice because I hate wondering where my stuff is. The only small issue was that the packaging looked a bit squished, but the clothes inside were totally fine.

"Cute clothes, but sizing can be frustrating"
I really like the clothes here, the styles are cute and usually exactly my vibe. But my size seems to be out of stock a lot, which is a little annoying, honestly. Restocks also take a while, so shopping here can be kind of hit or miss. When I find something in my size, great, but that doesn’t happen as often as I’d like

I ordered this while I was trying to finish up a little project at home, and I was a bit worried the color might look different in person. But it ended up being exactly the color I expected, which was a nice surprise.

I’ve found some really cute pieces, but a few items definitely run small on me. I mean, sizing is already confusing enough, right? So now I always check the reviews before buying anything. Overall it’s not bad at all, I just wish the sizing was a little more consistent.

"Surprisingly Comfy for the Price"
I wasn’t expecting much, but this dress feels really nice. The material is soft, stretchy, and not itchy at all, which is a big win for me. For the price, I’d say it feels better than it has any right to.

They have some really cute styles, and I’ve found a few pieces I like, but it’s definitely kind of hit or miss. Some items look great, while others feel a bit unnecessary or just not as nice in person.

I actually liked how easy the discounts were to understand while I was shopping. The promo codes and sale prices showed up clearly before checkout, and I could tell which items they applied to, which made deciding what to buy a lot easier. I’ve been on sites where the discount suddenly changes at the end, but that didn’t happen here. That said, after I paid, I did feel a little unsure and kept checking to make sure everything went through correctly because I don’t fully trust online orders right after payment. Overall though, the discount part was smooth

I do like Fashion Nova overall. The sales are usually solid, and shipping has been fine for me so far. I’ve actually found a few things I wear often, so I guess I can’t complain too much.
The only thing is the emails and texts feel like a lot sometimes. Maybe I’m just being dramatic or maybe I signed up for too much, I don’t know, but some weeks it feels nonstop. I usually just delete them, so it’s not a huge deal, but they could definitely chill a little.

"Nice clothes, but the extra fees were a surprise"
My order showed up fine and I actually liked most of what I got. The clothes fit well and delivery was smooth. But I really wish the customs/import fees had been made clearer before I checked out. I ended up having to pay extra when the package arrived, and it felt like that part of the process was kind of brushed over. Still giving 4 stars because the items were good, but the surprise fee was frustrating.

"Order Arrived Fine, No Issues"
My Fashion Nova order actually showed up in good shape. I was kind of expecting the package to look like it had been rushed out or thrown around, like they were just trying to get orders moving fast, but the bag wasn’t ripped, dirty, or anything like that. Everything inside was folded decently and nothing was missing or damaged. Simple experience, but it came exactly how I hoped it would.

"Site and app are easy enough"
I use both the website and the app and they’re easy to figure out. Pages load quick, the filters actually help, and checkout doesn’t feel like it takes forever. I haven’t really had any trouble finding my size or tracking orders either, so yea, smooth overall...
