I love shopping on FASHIONNOVA. The site is easy to use and I always find what I wanna wear for different occasions. 😊Just one thing that bothers me, I dont know whether it’s the Covid virus or something, the delivery always takes longer than expected. Anyway it's a good shopping experience.

This is absolutely fair and polite wonderful !!!!!! corrected the problem in a few minutes! somehow managed to get penny back The close look nothing like the pictures, it took nearly two months to get the items, the material is terrible and the quality of the merchandise is the worst I have ever seen. A lot of their items say "sweater" and you get a flimsy piece of nylon. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large coat so I could wear sweaters under it. They send the wrong color coat and the coat was so small, the seams would burst if I wore it with a t-shirt on. I ordered nine items and am disappointed with everyone what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad Not only does shipping take over a month... the product is very low quality - the items received looked nothing like the pictures online.I tried to send it back I emailed the company asking for a full refund,got no response i immediately went on google, Facebook I was searching for the customer service number and I found this number which was +one-Three one two four eight eight one zero nine six I called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that can return nasty back and initiated my money to me Very attentive and responsive. I don't have many lines to explore myself !!!!! I appreciated his assistance.

Expedited Refund pleasant, always willing to help!!!!!!! I returned a dress and the refund was expedited very quickly once the dress was received. I ordered stuff online and when the items arrived there were horrible like they were made by a learner dressmaker I was very disappointed by the quality of items I’ve ordered. One dress arrived with a broken zipper, and all my items were drenched with a nasty smell that my mom commented that maybe rats pissed on the box while it was in the warehouse. Another dress that looked pretty on the website looked like a costume and it gave me a severe skin reaction The quality is very poor. I received items that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I want to return this dress Tried to contact them by email but got no reply i was looking for the customer service number I went on the internet started doing my research and finally, I found this number which was +1-three one two four eight eight one zero nine 6- i called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that I returned garbage to the company and got my penny back from them Especially to customer service for helping me with my query. Much appreciated. No hassles.Thanks so much

Their company has very good quality clothing for their price, so they are pretty reasonable. I have ordered 220 worth of clothes on their site and it was a fairly pleasant experience. The only issue I've had was the shipping. While my order did take a while to ship, it was reasonable since I ordered on Back Friday. The company they use to ship I feel like is a hit or miss.

They seem semi reliable and got to me when I emailed them, however, their facilities are very inconsistent. I feel like I just got lucky since I've heard bad things about them. Would be a 5 star if they used USPS or UPS or even FEDEX instead.

If you're interested, know that you're in for a little risk.

Overall the company itself is good, but the communication could be better and they could definitely improve on the shipping.

The product that I will be reviewing today are some FashionNova jeans. They are some cute high raised jeans, with little rips. Technically ripped jeans, but very little rips. I became familiar with fashion nova because I would see people advertising their clothing on social media. They would be wearing their clothes and tag them in their caption. I remember one day thinking to myself that they were cute and that I should download the app and order some clothes. That day I ordered like 6 pairs of jeans.

These jeans in particular, were my favorite. They fit perfectly around my waist. The app has this table that helps you find what size jeans you should order. It is very helpful because I am always getting the wrong size, they are always too big! This is why I actually liked these jeans. They seem to have been the perfect size. The design in general is really cute as well. They are ripped, but not exaggerated. They have like a little rip on the knee and it makes them look really cute. I liked how they were not too long either. The jeans were just really cute and fit really well. I like how I could go into that app and know I will find good fitting jeans.

There isn’t really anything bad to say about their jeans, or even about their app. Maybe the only thing is that they were really really high waisted. I understand that it comes in the name right “high waisted jeans”, but they were a bit too high waisted. The first time I put them on, I looked at my sister and we both started laughing. It literally covered almost my whole stomach! Other than that, The jeans were and are really good. The material they are made out of is really good as well.

Overall all, I would give these jeans a B+. These are honestly one of my favorite pairs of jeans to wear. They are comfortable and very cute to pair with any type of shirt. The jeans are called Caliban Skinny Jeans- Dark Denim. Just know your waist size, and the perfect jeans will be waiting for you to order them!
(This was an Econ assignment, thats why I put B+, but I really do love these jeans.)

Fashion Nova is one of my favorite go to online shopping sites. I love their variety of clothing. Packages arrive in a timely manner. Only negative thing is sometimes clothing runs a bit smaller than usual. I normally order a size up. Other then that they are awesome 👍👍👍.

I wanted to buy some dresses for my elder sister on her birthday, but didn't actually know how to go about it. I just picked my phone, did some search on Fashionnova find some nice, quality and lovely dresses. I did made my order and it was delivered to me without stress..Thank you Fashionnova.

Let's just say I am a tight 12 -lose 14 and it is very hard for me to find clothing that fits the first time and every other time, but this website is different. I shop constantly, so much that my mother complains about how much I am spending on this website, jaja. I love how they are not focused on the top 3 sizes (S, M, L) but even smaller and EVEN LARGER options. I love shopping here and I will keep doing so....

Even though some of the items do fool the people (A size X-Large fited like a large or medium).

I was looking for unique blue sweaters online since the boutiques near our workplace don't offer that much variety. I'm so glad that the delivery was super fast and that my items look exactly as I have ordered them. Thanks fash
